About the Role
Wet Area Solutions Australia is a family-owned, Geelong-based manufacturing leader with over 40 years of experience in creating innovative, bathroom products. We are looking for a Office Administration Assistant to join our growing team and help keep our office running smoothly.
What You'll Do
As an important member of our administration team, your daily tasks will include:
* Customer Liaison: Being the first point of contact for residential and commercial builders, handling phone and email enquiries regarding our custom tile-over trays and solid surface bases.
* Data Input & Order Processing: Managing sales orders and liaising with the production team to ensure custom specifications are met.
* Office Coordination: Managing general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
* Financial Support: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing, expense reconciliation, and managing petty cash.
* Workflow Management: Assist in the coordination of freight for Australia-wide product
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Demonstrated background in clerical or administrative support or relevant qualifications in Business Office Administration.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with records management systems.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a "customer-first" attitude.
* Organisational: The ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet deadlines.
* Integrity: Ability to handle confidential business information with discretion.
