is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
College Archivist
to lead the collection, preservation, and management of records that document the College's functions, operations, and history. This vital role ensures that the College's institutional memory remains safe, well-organised, and accessible to students, faculty, staff, and researchers.
The College Archivist will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our historical records—resources that will inform and inspire future generations. This position offers the opportunity to shape how the College's legacy is preserved and shared.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organise, and preserve official College records and historical materials
Implement best practices for archival management and preservation
Ensure safe storage and accessibility of archival materials for internal and external use
Assist researchers and community members in accessing archival collections
Promote awareness and use of the College's historical resources
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and digital systems related to the archives

A deep appreciation for history and archival work
Strong commitment to preserving institutional heritage
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage physical and digital archival materials
Strong communication and collaboration skills
