Lead Educator Role Overview

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a dedicated team of educators in creating a positive and welcoming culture for young minds. Your role will involve building genuine relationships with the children and their families, listening to feedback, and collaborating with the team to turn ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities:
\
1. Program Development: Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
2. Team Support: Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional education
3. Cultural Leadership: Build a positive and welcoming culture for young minds
4. Communication: Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
5. Quality Improvement: Continuously improve programs and services to meet the changing needs of children and families

Requirements:
\
* A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
* A current State relevant Working with Children's Check
* A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain upon commencement)
* A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement)
* Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator
* Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)
* Proven systems and platform experience with Humanforce, Qikkids, and Facebook
