About the Role
This part-time opportunity will see you working 3 days a week, with Mondays and Fridays being a must. You'll have the flexibility to choose which day of the week is your third day.
As an HR Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting the Head of HR with queries from employees
* Ensuring smooth communication from HR
* Coordinating HR policies and procedures
* Processing fortnightly payroll for up to 140 employees
* Preparing and processing HR documents and reports

Your Background

* Previous experience as a HR Assistant
* Effective communication skills
* Payroll experience (desirable)
