Marketing Campaign & Content Specialist Location: Studfield, Melbourne VIC (Hybrid) Category: Brand Marketing (Marketing & Communications) Type: Full Time Step into a pivotal role where you’ll take the lead in shaping how a premium interiors brand connects with its audience across Australia and beyond. As the Marketing Campaign & Content Specialist, you’ll drive integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels—delivering campaigns that resonate with consumers, inspire partners, and deliver strong commercial outcomes across B2B, B2B2C, and partnership channels. This is your opportunity to lead the charge on impactful storytelling, innovative digital and traditional media, and social-first content that brings brand narratives to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead campaign development and execution across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media. Manage social media strategy and execution, including organic content, paid campaigns, and community engagement. Oversee media planning and PR initiatives using a PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) model. Develop engaging content for all channels—email, website, social, events, and activations. Drive influencer partnerships, manage UGC, review platforms, and support lead generation programs. Lead co-branded campaigns with trade, retail, and commercial partners. Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, sales, and international counterparts—to align and amplify efforts. Analyse marketing performance, apply insights to optimise campaigns, and report on KPIs, ROI, and customer engagement pathways. Contribute to sustainability-focused marketing projects and brand-led initiatives. About You: 4 years’ experience in B2C, B2B, or B2B2C marketing with a strong track record in campaign delivery. Strategic mindset with an ability to connect brand, content, media, social, and commercial performance. Confident managing social media platforms, paid media tools, and influencer partnerships. Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and cross-channel storytelling. Proficient in platforms such as MS Office, Canva, SharePoint, and analytics dashboards. Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution. Passionate about building brands through compelling narratives and measurable outcomes.
