Job Title:
Facility Operations Manager
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations, including safety and customer experience.
* Daily operation of the facility
* Conduct regular internal and external facility walkthroughs to monitor cleanliness, presentation, service quality, and safety
* Troubleshoot plant and equipment
* Engage approved suppliers to undertake maintenance as required, minimising downtime
* Coordinate staff rosters, breaks, and changes
* Ensure compliance to all shift checklists
* Transition facility management to the next shift or ready for the following day
Health and Safety:
* Maintain an understanding of all relevant aspects of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems
* Implement and monitor compliance to policies and procedures
* Investigate all incidents and implement actions to prevent reoccurrence
Customer Complaint and Dispute Resolution:
* Authority to solve customer issues on the spot without seeking approval from a member of the leadership team
* Follow up on all complaints in a timely manner
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 / HLTAID011)
* Current Pool Lifeguard Award
* Current Defibrillators Certificate (PUAOPE010)
* Working with Children Check
* Desirable: Pool Operation Certificate
* Desirable: Previous experience in customer service
