About The Role As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be an integral part of this stores success of overseeing the performance of this established Cairns store. You must lead by example and show passion and enthusiasm with the ability to coach the upcoming retail talent in your team. This business embraces their managers to treat the business as if it is your own with access to KPI & Profit & Loss reports and you will be expected to use them to increase sales and limit expenditure.
