Due to recent project awards, MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking a Junior Document Controller to join our growing team here in West Perth.

MACA Interquip Mintrex is a division of MACA Ltd and is a multi-disciplinary company with a proven track record in delivering small to large scale EPC and EPCM projects for the resources sector specializing in the design and construction of mineral processing facilities for clients across Australia.
Responsibilities include:
1. Quality checking of documentation.
2. Issuing of transmittals.
3. Maintaining updated records of all project documents.
4. Distributing documents to relevant stakeholders in line with project schedules and requirements.
5. Tracking the location of control documents and drawings.
6. Filing and archiving.
7. Other adhoc duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience.
2. Knowledge of the principles for management of version-controlled documents.
3. A working knowledge of PC software MS Office: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel.
4. Written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience in document control entry and procedures within the engineering and construction space advantageous.
6. Experienced QDMS user advantageous.
7. Proactive with a strong desire to learn.
