**About the Role**:
Reporting to the GM for QHSE, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Implementation and maintenance of PFD's (Process Flow Diagrams) QMP's (Quality Management Plans), ITP's (Inspection and Test Plans) for all products at NOJA Power;
- Develop and Maintain NOJA Power Document Management System for all stake holders;
- Deployment of Integrated Management System (IMS) and maintain IMS certification for NOJA Power;
- Author and auditor of procedures, checklists and forms for quality control team at NOJA Power
- Conduct on boarding supplier assurance audits for qualifying new suppliers as per procurement team request and conduct annual supplier audits to evaluate existing suppliers performance as part of the SMP (Supplier Management Program)
- Develop audit schedules and conduct planned internal audits to identify and improve existing gaps at NOJA as part of Continual Improvement Campaign;
- Assisting procurement team in developing and drafting supplier quality agreements for supply contracts with key suppliers;
- Focal point for implementing and maintaining cloud based QHSE system;
- Internal and External stakeholder relationships to ensure focus on quality and continuous improvement;
- Conduct TNA (Training Need Analysis) for all stakeholders and ensure training activities are monitored at corporate level
- Analysing quality risks and implementing controls at corporate level;
- Adhere to quality policies and procedures always implemented at NOJA Power;
- Perform other activities as directed by the GM for QHSE;
**What You'll bring**:
- Bachelor qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or certificate course in Quality Assurance;
- Experience in manufacturing processes with quality and continuous improvement focus;
- Lean and 5S experience is advantage but not mandatory;
- Knowledge on implementation of ISO systems at workplace;
- Experience in implementing & maintaining Document Management systems;
- Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
- Certified Lead or internal auditor;
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and Power BI with data analysis;
