**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Conduct sampling inspection on incoming materials according to specifications.
- Prepare quality reports for the inspected materials and process them through NOJA Power inventory management system.
- Quarantine area control and maintenance of non-conforming parts/products at arrival by conducting regular quality stocktakes.
- Non-conformance management on non-conforming parts/products with appropriate corrective actions implemented internally and at Supplier level;
- Investigate non-conformances by deploying root cause techniques to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct planned and unplanned production process audits as directed by the Quality Control Manager.
- Internal and External stakeholder relationships to ensure focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to quality policies and procedures always implemented at NOJA Power.
- Perform other activities as directed by the Quality Control Manager.
**What You'll bring**:
- Bachelor/Diploma Qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or certificate course in Quality.
- Experience in manufacturing processes with quality and continuous improvement focus;
- Clear understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Sound knowledge of GD&T
- Knowledge and skills to use various measuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometres, thread micrometres digital height gauges and thread plug gauges etc
- Knowledge on standard inspection and testing methods.
- Ability to write reports, communicate with the suppliers, and work in a team;
- Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
- Internal auditing experience;
- CMM experience is advantage but not mandatory;
- Excellent knowledge of MS office with data analysis;
