We manage a portfolio of quality properties and are expanding our footprint across the Sunshine Coast. About the Role
We are seeking a Junior part‑time Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing, content creation, and brand presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work autonomously in a small, supportive team.
Proficiency in content management/writing, Squarespace & all social media channels required.
Key Responsibilities
* Write and optimise property listings for Airbnb, Stayz and our website.
* Create and implement email marketing campaigns.
* Assist with digital marketing strategy and performance tracking.
* Update and maintain website content and branding.
* Support content creation, including property shoots and campaign development.
* Manage databases, memberships and general marketing administration.
What You'll Bring
* Strong writing and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Creativity, organisation and ability to follow brand guidelines.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a small team.
* Experience with holiday rental platforms (advantageous but not essential).
* Interest in marketing, property and the short‑term rental industry.
