About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and empathetic Support Worker in Canberra.
The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, community participation, and providing companionship that aligns with the client’s lifestyle and interests.

* Communication: Excellent English communication skills, including an understanding of local slang and colloquialisms, to ensure seamless interaction with the client and their family.
* Values-Driven: Someone who is down-to-earth, punctual, and possesses a \"can-do\" attitude.
* Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Canberra area, including local parks, cafes, and community hubs.
Requirements
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
* Reliable vehicle and a valid Australian Driver’s License.
* Previous experience in disability support (highly regarded but not essential for the right personality fit).
Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour
