What You'll Be Doing
Leading strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning
Managing industrial relations and ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation
Driving change management and organisational development
Overseeing recruitment, performance management, and employee development
Championing employee engagement, workplace culture, and communication
Optimising HR systems and delivering actionable workforce insights
Developing policies, training programs, and leadership capability
Skills You Will Bring
Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Business or related field
Proven experience in strategic and operational HR leadership
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust across all levels
High integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Resilience, adaptability, and a sharp eye for detail
