Position Description
* Processing new customer applications
* Data integrity checks on all accounts
* Completing credit checks on all accounts and applications
* Setting up new customers and accounts
* Perform credit reviews on existing accounts when required
* Varying tasks relevant to master data maintenance
* Answering and taking queries from customers – via phone and email
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholder
* Ad hoc tasks to assist the wider team
* Process invoices and various credit card payments as required
