About The Role
We have a rare opportunity for a Practice Administration Manager (Clerical in Charge) to lead our Radiology Administration Team. Reporting to the Clerical Manager (Gold Coast based), you will lead the local clinic's administration team and work closely with clinical onsite manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of reception and clerical operations in the
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and managing the clinic's reception and clerical team
* Mentoring, training, and ongoing support to administration staff
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service for patients and referring doctors
* Managing appointment diaries and workflow coordination
* Supporting patient registration and data accuracy
* Assisting with practice billing processes and revenue cycle management
* Maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and clinic presentation
* Building strong working relationships with clinical teams and leadership
About You
* Previous radiology or medical administration experience (essential)
* Leadership or team coordination experience (essential)
* Experience using RIS systems, ideally Karisma
* Knowledge of radiology billing processes including Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and inpatient billing
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to support and motivate a team

This is a Full Time Permanent position working Monday to Friday. Clinic opening hours are: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm - you working will be between these times. Annual salary and competitve rates offered.
