**About the role**
We are seeking a resourceful and enthusiastic Administrator to help nurture and strengthen our business relationships with our key clients, and assist the Business Development team in the realisation of growth opportunities.
Additionally, the role involves:
- Maintaining our contracts database, ensuring version control, identifying key contractual requirements and managing contract renewals
- Client relationship management - arranging regular meetings with key clients, taking minutes and managing action items to completion
- Marketing - reporting on key website metrics
- CRM Maintenance - Keeping client details up to date and reporting on BD pipeline and customer satisfaction matrix
- Tender management - managing the tender submission process and providing feedback on unsuccessful tenders
- Assisting with other key business initiatives as required.
**Skills & experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a similar client relationship setting.
- Experience with tender documentation processes and management
- Proven ability to be discrete and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
