Echuca Regional Health proudly serves the Shire of Campaspe and Murray River Council, with Echuca and Moama located side by side along the iconic Murray River. As the largest employer in the region, with more than 1,000 staff, ERH delivers a comprehensive range of hospital, aged care and community health services and is continuing to grow as a sub‐regional teaching health service.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a high‐calibre Paediatrician to contribute to the development and expansion of paediatric services at ERH.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Management of paediatric inpatients, including neonates, within ERH's capability framework
* Attendance at elective and emergency caesarean sections and instrumental deliveries as required
* Provision of specialist consultation services to the Emergency Department
* Inpatient and community referral consultations
* Participation in the paediatric on‐call roster
* Supervision of accredited paediatric trainees and Doctors in Training (DiTs)
Qualifications & Experience
* Specialist Registration with the Medical Board of Australia
* Significant experience in Paediatric MedicineDemonstrated commitment to education, supervision and training
