Casual Resort Staff - Ben Lomond Snow Sports
We are looking to hire motivated and enthusiastic staff for a seasonal role at Ben Lomond Snow Sports. We operate 7 days a week during the winter months, serving guest all day to visitors coming to see the snow. Working with a small team in various roles, working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Located only 1 hour from Launceston. This is your chance to work at the snow and enjoy all the perks as an employee, from free rental hire and discounts on food and retail, plus the bonus of working in a spectacular environment within a friendly team.
Following roles available:
Café - Baristas and Cooks/Chefs
Rentals - Ski and Snowboard Rentals (experience a bonus, but not required)
Instructors - Ski and Snowboard instructors (APSI Level 1 or equivalent)
Guest Services - Sales and guest relations
Drivers - Required to drive troop carrier - must hold a current PPV and First Aid
Snowmaking / Grooming - Previous experience required.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping and cleaning attendants
The ideal candidate:
* Experience in customer service based roles.
* Excellent communication skills and initiative.
* Can work efficiently in a busy environment.
* Comfortable working within a team.
* Able to work independently.
* Ability to work longer hours where needed.
Ben Lomond Snowsports is the one stop shop for all our guests needs. Providing transport, food, equipment hire and accommodation for our guests in the Ben Lomond Village.

Accepting Applications for Junior employees:
Junior - Casual - 17 years and under from $21.88ph; and
Junior - Casual - 18 years from $25.00ph
Shared accommodation may be available free of charge - limited and not a guarantee.
