Core Responsibilities
1. Field Operations Synergy (70%)
* Lead
drone-assisted surveys
(hyperspectral/magnetic) adapting flight plans for gold/lithium targets
* Operate
ANT passive seismic nodes
in rugged terrains – training provided on our world-first 3D scanning system
* Collect and geo-locate samples using
machine learning-guided protocols
(real-time data validation via tablet)
2. AI-Geology Integration (30%)
* Co-train AI models by labeling drill core/trenching data with mineralization indicators
* Refine ANT data interpretation
: Correlate seismic anomalies with litho-structural features (e.g., shear zones in Archean greenstones)
* Design "ground truth" validation plans for AI-generated targets

Language
Native English OR IELTS 8.0+ (must author technical reports)
Report standards: JORC-compliant targets for AI validation
Preferred "Plus" Attributes

Growth Path & Compensation
Phase 1: Part-time Onboarding (0-6 months)
• Salary Range: AUD
45-55/hr hrs/week)
• Field immersion training: 2 weeks with ANT/drone engineering team
• Deliverable: Independent operation of AI-guided prospecting (≥3 targets validated)
Phase 2: Full-time Tech-Geologist Role (Month 7+)
• Base Salary: AUD K + 10% target bonus
• Lead hybrid field teams (geotech+engineers)
• Optional pathway to ANT System Certification (global deployment eligibility)
