Machine Operator About Our Client Our client is a family owned major Australian food company recognised as one of Australia's most reputable brands and produces over 750 products. About The Job Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for the running of the food production and packaging machines, duties may include but are not limited to : Completing quality control testing and complying with HACCP, food safety and GMP requirements. Efficient and safe operation of machinery Responsible for quality and productivity for the lines being operated Making adjustments and low level maintenance on machinery Monitoring and checking product quality and specifications ISO/HACCP reporting Responsible for ensuring raw materials are replenished Assist in general process or production line work. Perform general cleaning duties Follow WHS standards Monitoring of product quality Ensuring compliance with all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point and ISO Quality System procedures Hours : Monday - Friday, 38 hr week, weekend work will also be required (Saturdays ) as requested by client.
