What You'll Do (And Why It Matters)
Transform lives through personalized coaching by conducting 1‐on‐1 and group training sessions that are tailored to each client's needs and goals, providing expert guidance on exercise techniques and nutrition, and helping women understand their bodies and reclaim their power.
Become a holistic health expert by coaching members on topics that most trainers do not cover, including hormonal health, nutrition, pelvic floor function, mental well‐being, and key health practices.
Build a community by creating and nurturing a supportive, inclusive environment, fostering meaningful relationships and empowerment that extends beyond the gym floor.
Educate and inspire by leading workshops and events covering fitness, nutrition, women's health, and overall wellness.
Optional Opportunities to Expand Your Impact
* Content Creation – craft engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites.
* Business Development – create new business opportunities and support marketing projects.
Your First 3‐6 Months: What to Expect
New trainers complete a 6‐12 week onboarding, shadow experienced coaches, finish induction modules, and build a client base. A mentor coach meets weekly. By month three you run your own sessions and continue education.
Career Progression
Within 2‐3 years senior coaches can mentor new members, lead signature workshops, or move into leadership roles shaping the business. Opportunities also exist to become a recognised expert in women's strength training.
