Senior Underwriter Responsibilities:
* Meet pipeline standards within the given timeframe for final underwrite and upfront reviews.
* Analyze risk and make informed decisions based on established guidelines and industry best practices.
* Communicate errors and missing information to team members via email and/or phone calls.
* Update condition sheets in our system with relevant conditions.
* Review resubmissions as items are gathered and submitted by colleagues.
* Issue final approval uploading necessary documentation into our system with appropriate signatures.
* Collaborate with internal teams on stipulations for closed files.
* Maintain confidentiality at a high level.
