We’re hiring a Junior Director to lead high-quality UGC and product launch video shoots.
You will first assist our current directors and producers to learn our workflow, and then independently handle shoots end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
* Understand existing shoot processes during onboarding.
* Lead the direction and production of UGC and product launch videos.
* Manage medium to large teams on set with clear communication and smooth coordination.
* Handle pre-production essentials: prop lists, shot lists, schedules, and planning.
* Solve on-set challenges quickly and ensure high-quality output.
Requirements:
* Fast learner with openness to new processes.
* Strong organizational and team-management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving ability during high-pressure shoots.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Bonus: Experience with camera, lighting, or editing.
