What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Salesperson, you'll take the lead in engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. You'll demonstrate automotive solutions, drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets, and provide an exceptional customer experience. You'll also support mentoring junior team members, maintain accurate records, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to smooth store operations.

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or customer service within the tyre/automotive industry
* Strong sales capability and a proven track record achieving targets
* Genuine passion for customer service and automotive solutions
* Current Driver's Licence
* Availability on Saturdays
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
