The Happy Turtle Cafe is small beachside cafe located at Happy Valley Caloundra. Over the years it has become an icon of this area and well known for the amazing and fresh breaky and lunch options we produce, alongside our high quality specialty coffee.
We have an energetic and efficient team. We work hard but keep atmosphere light and fun for all staff and customers.
Looking for a friendly charismatic person that can act as a face of our small business when needed and create positive experiences for the customers.
You will develop a strong sense of community in this workplace as you get to know our regulars and they get to know you. Being a small family business with a positive ethos and succeeding in uncertain times has created a strong and supportive following with the locals and they will love to get to know you.
We are searching for someone wish a passion for vibrant and nutritious food (check out our socials) and is willing to take on some leadership requirements when necessary and is confident working independently.
* Open 7 days a week 6:30am - 4pm (No night shifts)
* 4 Day Working Week
* Offering healthy rates and conditions to secure the right person for the job based on experience
* Staff meals and drinks covered on shift
