As a leading supplier to automotive, transport, recreational and a vast array of other industries, my client is highly regarded business with a strong focus on customer service delivery.
Currently they are seeking to appoint an experienced phone based customer service person to their busy organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Answering calls and emails from automotive customers and suppliers
* Assessing customers needs
* Track shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
* Strong computer skills are essential
Working Monday to Friday in the fast paced automotive industry, you will be keen to work as part of a dynamic and supportive business who are success focused and be able to take responsibility and accountability for your time.
