Customer Service Consultant Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, sales and support to our domestic customers.
The core responsibilities of this role include:
* Receiving inbound calls and email enquiries from domestic customers
* Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
* Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
* Invoicing as required
* Scheduling appointments for residential customers
* Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities
* Liaising with colleagues
* Meeting call and internal sales targets
* Maintaining databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in customer service or administration
* Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales
* Ability to work with multiple database systems and email programs
* Proficient in verbal and electronic communication
* Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Ability to focus on delivering a 'wow' experience to customers
* Ability to work in a team environment to support colleagues
* Professional, reliable and punctual
* Able to accurately enter data into systems
