Cold Dishes Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cold Larder Chef to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing and presenting high-standard cold dishes, including beautifully assembled sandwiches, salads, and quality buffet platters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare sandwiches, salads, and cold dishes to the highest presentation standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout your section.
* Assist chefs with mise en place and general kitchen preparation tasks.
* Work efficiently during service to meet customer demand.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Sandwich Hand or Cold Larder is preferred.
* Good knife skills and a strong understanding of food hygiene principles are essential.
* You must be reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and within a team.
* Pride in presentation and a genuine love for quality food are a must.
* Australian Working Rights are required; sponsorship is not available.
