Food and Beverage Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
* Lead and manage diverse teams, providing guidance and support.
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
* Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
* Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.
Skills & Experience
* Relevant Food and Beverage experience, including high‑volume outlet leadership.
* Extensive beverage knowledge.
* Experience in development and training of junior team members.
* Flexibility to work a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Legal right to work in Australia; sponsorship not available.
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
