What You Will Be Doing
Project Delivery
Drive planning, programming, and cost tracking to keep projects on time and on budget
Contribute to methodologies for complex demolition and remediation works
Support end to end delivery alongside experienced Project Managers
Site Coordination
Work closely with Supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and compliant execution
Manage subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships
Identify risks early and solve problems before they escalate
Safety and Standards
Lead from the front on safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Conduct site inspections and embed best practice across the team
Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What You Bring
3 plus years experience as a Project or Site Engineer in demolition, civil, or similar
Strong technical grounding in drawings, specifications, and construction methodology
Commercial awareness across planning, cost control, and procurement
Confidence communicating with clients, crews, and stakeholders
A mindset geared toward ownership, improvement, and delivery
Experience in demolition is highly regarded but not essential. The right attitude and capability matter more.
