Senior Indian Kitchen Lead — Menu
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, at least 2 years of experience, and a strong passion for food.

* Lead the kitchen team to achieve exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
* Develop and implement menu plans that showcase the restaurant’s signature dishes and appeal to customers.
* Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and seamless execution of menu items.
