Magnolia House is an established practice based in Toowoomba with a varied team including Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists providing clinical assessment and evidence-based therapies for adults, adolescents, and children.
The right person will have a great nature, an eye for detail and be a warm and welcoming face as people arrive.
We are looking for someone to **start ASAP** on a casual or part time basis for **approx. 10 Hours a week **with ability to increase as needed. The shifts will be a mix of mornings and afternoon/evening shifts Monday to Friday depending on clinic needs. Some Saturdays may be required.
**Duties**:
- Processing payments using eftpos terminal, halaxy and Medicare
- Scheduling appointments and meetings using appointment booking software
- General administrative duties
- Light cleaning duties to ensure the clinic is always looking fresh and tidy.
- Confidentiality is key in this role
**Selection Criteria**
- Excellent skills with computers and ability to learn recent systems quickly
- Warm personality and calm manner both in person and on the phone
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to work in a busy environment and efficiently multitask
- Organised, resourceful and able to problem solve
- Attention to detail
**Desirable Skills / Experience**
- Previous experience in a medical/allied health environment is essential
- Halaxy experience is an advantage

**Salary**: $21.49 - $38.36 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
