* Establish strong relationships with trades, real estate clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Collaborate closely with our virtual assistant in the Philippines
* Prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely manner
* Ensure 100% invoice compliance within 48 hours of job completion
* Manage accounts receivable and payable accurately
* Foster professional relationships to recover overdue invoices
* Monitor job costs, margins, and variations effectively
* Develop, implement, and refine company procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records
* Support marketing efforts including social media and newsletters
* Assist with HR tasks, inductions, and administrative duties
* Ensure adherence to WHS documentation and office compliance standards
