About the role
Perfect Concrete Care is aspecialist concrete services business operating in Brisbane. We deliverhigh-quality demolition, concrete cutting, core drilling, grinding, and surfacepreparation solutions to construction, civil, and commercial clients.
We're growing and looking for askilled Concrete Technician/Labourer to join our team based out of SlacksCreek. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your craft and reliabilitydirectly impact project outcomes and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
* Concrete cutting, core drilling, and surface grinding
* Demolition works in residential, commercial, and civil environments
* Operating and maintaining specialist concrete equipment safely
* Working to project specifications, site plans, and quality standards
* Completing work safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
What you'll need
Mandatory requirements
* Minimum 2 years construction experience in Australia
* Experience in demolition, concrete cutting, core drilling, or grinding
* Physically fit and able to perform sustained manual work
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Highly regarded
Not mandatory — but will strengthen your application:
* Hands-on experience with sawcutting, core drilling, or grinding equipment
* EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
* Working at Heights certification
* Confined Space entry ticket
