**Your new role**
As the Facilities Manager, you will be the company representative across a large Federal Government account, you will be tasked with delivering services that exceed client expectations and help drive the department forward. Your day to day duties will run across 3 main areas, Front of House services including concierge & reception, mail rooms etc. Technical services including multiskilled general trades, HVAC, Electrical, Fire & Hydraulics. Building Operations & Maintenance Management including planned, reactive, preventative & predictive maintenance.
- Ensure and maintain very high standard of Property presentation at all times.
- Action, manage and investigate all corrective and preventative works to limit WH&S issues and minimise insurance claims.
- Review all compliance documentation relating to all aspects of Facilities Management including relevant registrations.
- Day to day management of all building and precinct maintenance contracts.
- Regular building and precinct Inspections including visiting Tenancies.
- Liaise and work closely with the Team Leaders to ensure all precinct requirements are aligned with the company expectations and operational requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will be a passionate people person with a strong focus on delivering results, working efficiently, have a strong attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of contract management
- Be a self-starter who can take of constructive feedback
- Enjoy working in a team-based environment Impeccable written & oral communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Exposure to finance and budgeting Hold WHS in high regard with previous exposure to Risk Management.
- Technical trade background/understanding (nice to have)
