**We are looking for Social Workers in the following areas**:
Mental Health settings which may include working in either hospital based or community teams providing Social Work services to adults, children or young people experiencing mental health conditions.
Transition to a permanent HP2 position is dependent on successful completion of the New Graduate year and the Division where a permanent position is available.

- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the _Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011_ is required.
