Senior Associate
to its high-performing
Disputes & Investigations
practice in Melbourne. The team is recognised for handling complex, high-stakes commercial disputes and regulatory matters across a diverse client base.
About the role:
You'll work closely with senior practitioners across Melbourne and national offices, advising on disputes that often involve significant commercial and reputational risk. Matters span litigation, mediation, arbitration and negotiated outcomes.
Key areas of work include
* Commercial and contractual disputes
* Misleading or deceptive conduct claims
* Regulatory and investigations matters
* Director/shareholder disputes
* Negligence and professional liability claims
About you:
* At least 6 years
PQE
in commercial litigation (private practice)
* Strong knowledge of
case management and litigation processes
* Comfortable contributing to litigation strategy and running matters day-to-day
* Proven ability to mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively
* Experience in the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria
highly regarded
