**Role Description
This role
is a dual-function position responsible for providing professional front-of-house reception services while delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Property Management team. The position plays a key role in ensuring a high standard of client experience for landlords, tenants, and trades, while supporting the efficient and compliant management of the residential property portfolio
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills for engaging professionally with clients and team members
* Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to handle administrative and operational tasks effectively
* Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite and general data entry tools
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate property-related documentation
* Experience in real estate or property management is beneficial but not mandatory
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
* Relevant experience in receptionist or administrative roles is ideal**
