About the Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive strong commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.

Skills & Experience:
Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)A strong affinity for minimalist style and the Nude Lucy aestheticA customer-first mindset with a passion for creating elevated in-store experiencesLeadership qualities – you’re a motivator, team player, and positive role modelHigh attention to detail and visual merchandising skillsExperience supporting daily operations, reporting and performance targetsStrong communication and organisational skills

Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentationHelp coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIsAssist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reportingMaintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelinesFoster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environmentStep up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
