Medical Receptionist – Perigon Group
We are looking for a customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our health care team. As the face of the clinic, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Role Details
Temporary role, immediate start
4 days per week (08:00 am – 15:30 pm)
2 days in Bondi Junction, 2 days in Kogarah (easily accessible by public transport)
Preferred Requirements
Prior experience as a medical receptionist or administrator, with a strong understanding of patient registration processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Proficiency in managing emails, filing, and other administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the clinic
Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software
A passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing the best possible patient experience
