Advanced Care Professionals Wanted
Nurse practitioners are essential in delivering high-quality care to residents residing in aged care facilities across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, and Taree.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinically focused care to older adults
* Collaborate closely with geriatricians, medical officers, fellow nurses, and allied health teams
* Conduct virtual consultations, on-site visits, rapid assessments, and meaningful conversations with residents, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
* Current authority to practice as a registered nurse with AHPRA and current endorsement as a nurse practitioner
* At least three years of full-time experience in an advanced practice nursing role within the past six years
* A valid unrestricted driver's license for use in NSW/Australia
