About the Role:
* Data Entry and Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date digital records are maintained to facilitate smooth operations.
* Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices efficiently and effectively.
* Software Maintenance: Update and maintain Field Management software program (Simpro) to optimize performance.
* Customer Service: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff as needed to provide excellent customer service.
* General Administrative Duties: Assist with daily operations by performing general administrative tasks.
* Reception Management: Maintain a professional front-of-house environment by managing reception and stock supplies.
Requirements:
* Experience in data entry, account management, and customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using Field Management software (Simpro).
