As Nurse Unit Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening safe, person-centred care for renal and infusion patients. From clinical leadership to service planning, you'll support a team committed to excellence and make an impact that reaches well beyond the unit.

Leading clinical standards that lift care quality and support confident decision-making
Guiding and developing your team to deliver safe, evidence-informed practice
Driving improvements in service performance, patient outcomes and resource use

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical leadership experience, ideally within specialised or acute services
Advanced decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to guide teams, uphold standards and contribute to safe, high-quality care
You'll stand out if you have experience in rural or regional healthcare and/or postgraduate studies in nursing, management or a related specialty.
