Manufacturing Quality Administration/Document Control

The Role:
* Collect, catalogue, and distribute technical and commercial information from various sources to meet management and customer needs.
* Support the operating activities of the company's manufacturing processes.
* Maintain project files with all relevant supporting documents from start to completion.
* Raise new projects using D365 Project Management, including job cards and relevant paperwork.
* Create Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for each project.
* Update weekly job status reports for clients and management.
* Obtain all necessary signatures from Supervisors on Work Instructions, ITPs, and other documents.
* Prepare MDR Packages in accordance with templates, including Material Certs, NDT Reports, ITPs, and issue to clients upon job completion.
* Liaise with subcontractors for MDR documentation completion and supply.
* Maintain the MDR Register.
* Prepare and finalize test reports.
* Upload project documentation into the client's preferred document control system.
* Record Weld Procedures and update/renew Welder Qualification Records.
Skills and Experience:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 2-3 years' experience supporting Engineering and/or Manufacturing Services administratively.
* 2-3 years' experience in document control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within document control.
* Experience in a large Australia-wide company with interstate or international locations is desirable.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and a desire to learn and collaborate.
