We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and be available to work various shifts across different days. They will also possess valid working rights in Australia and a current Police Check for working unsupervised with vulnerable individuals.
About the Role:
* Perform day-to-day personal care activities, providing a high standard of direct care to residents, including administering medications as delegated and completing documentation using our business systems.
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and friends, as well as other staff members, regarding changes or feedback in a professional and private manner.
* Work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, to ensure coverage for permanent part-time shifts.
