About Us

APC Home Loans is a fast-growing, female-led mortgage brokerage based in Mitchell, ACT. We help first home buyers, home movers and investors achieve home ownership through transparent advice and practical strategy.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Mortgage Administration Support team member to join our office-based team.

The Role

This entry-level role supports our brokers with loan processing and file administration. It is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance or mortgage broking.

Key responsibilities include:

• Entering and preparing loan applications within lender systems

• Reviewing documents for completeness and compliance

• Updating CRM and document management systems

• Managing administrative tasks across active loan files

• Assisting with settlement bookings and lender coordination

• Maintaining accurate file notes and records

This role focuses on file accuracy, workflow support and administrative coordination. While you may communicate with clients as part of the process, this is not a sales-focused position.

We are open to discussing an initial reduced-hour arrangement for the right candidate, with a clear pathway to increased hours as the business grows.

About You

You will:

• Have strong attention to detail

• Work efficiently and accurately

• Be organised and process-driven

• Be eager to learn and develop

• Enjoy working as part of a team with the ability to work independently.

Administration experience is desirable. Finance, banking or real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.

Hours & Pay

• 35 hours per week (flexible initial arrangement considered)

• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break

• $32 per hour + super

• Annual leave and other entitlements in accordance with the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020
