Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener to join
our operations on a full-time basis.
About the Role
This role is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and ongoing care of landscaped areas
across strata and commercial sites. You will work across multiple locations, delivering high-
quality landscaping outcomes while ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This is a
hands-on role suited to someone with solid horticultural knowledge, practical landscaping
experience, and the ability to work independently while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret landscape plans and site requirements for strata and commercial properties
* Prepare landscaped areas including soil preparation, planting, turfing, and mulching
* Select appropriate plants and materials based on site conditions and design intent
* Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems
* Perform professional pruning, hedging, fertilisation, and plant health management
* Maintain landscaped areas to a high standard across multiple sites
* Identify pests, diseases, and landscape issues and apply appropriate treatments
* Ensure all work complies with WHS regulations, environmental guidelines, and company procedures
* Liaise with strata managers and internal teams regarding scheduled landscaping works
* Ensure sites are maintained to company and client standards
* Report any site issues or maintenance needs
* Support team members and attend scheduled team meetings
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Landscape Gardener, Gardener or in commercial
landscaping
* Strong knowledge of plants, turf management, irrigation systems, and soil preparation
* Ability to read and implement landscape plans
* Experience working across strata or multi-site environments
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
* Certificate III or higher in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or a related field
(desirable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
