**About the role**
You will take a pragmatic and collaborative approach to how we deliver underpinned by agile and continuous improvement principles.
**As a Delivery Lead you'll get to...**
- Work through an initiative to ensure completion to achieve successful outcomes.
- Promote new ideas to ensure ongoing focus on continuous improvement and new technologies.
- Understand the technical language to collaborate effectively with the engineering teams.
- Collaborate with squads across Practices to define, commit and achieve sprint goals in line with delivery timelines.
- Assist and support change management activities, including collaboration with release teams to plan and deliver changes to production at scale.
- Organise and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and showcases.
- Manage and govern the service/teams backlog and planning of their work, in order to support the outcomes of delivery. Conduct regular backlog grooming to maintain a six-iteration forward view of planned work.
- Remove impediments to unblock the team through support, escalation and engagement with other Services, Practices or project teams.
**About you**
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Experience using Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions. Skills in training, mentoring, and supporting the team to
- Agile values, principles and practices.
- Experience determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Jira and Confluence experience.
- Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology (incl. techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions).
- Experience with SAAS products and vendor management would be beneficial.
