Join RSM Adelaide as an Admin Assistant
Location: Adelaide, SA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? RSM Adelaide is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide essential support to our Partners, staff, and especially our Managing Partner, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in coordinating a wide range of administrative duties. From managing mail and client files to supporting marketing activities and liaising with external bodies like ASIC and the ATO, your contributions will help keep our office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Sorting, recording, and delivering mail
* Assisting with marketing activities
* Processing new client applications
* Maintaining computer-based and physical client files
* Typing letters and word processing
* Managing debtors and disbursements
* Liaising with ASIC and ATO on various matters
* Coordinating registered office services
* Negotiating with providers for staff amenities and services
* Supporting office projects and reception coverage
* General office duties including scanning, filing, and maintaining registers

About You:
Essential:

* Completion of Year 12
* 12-18 months experience in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Certificate in Business Administration
