Learning and Development Officer| 2-yearContract
The opportunity The Learning & Development Officer will supportthe team by managing various tasks, including maintaining Warrigal's Learning Management System and ensuring learning data isup to date. The role involves assisting with the coordination ofonboarding, induction, and training programs, as well as supportingstudent work placements and the Undergraduate Nurse Program. Youwill work with different teams to support learning initiativesfocused on developing, retaining, and engaging the workforce. Otherresponsibilities include managing shared inboxes, updating learningcontent, organising training logistics, and assisting withorganisational development activities. This position is based atWarrigal Central in Oak Flats, with occasional travel to othersites, including the Southern Highlands and ACT.

Therequirements
* Proven experience in training coordination oradministration.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to complete documentation to a high standard.
* Experience building and maintaining relationships withinternal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, withthe ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meetdeadlines.
* A current NSW driver's license.
* Qualifications or experience in Human Resources or arelated business discipline.
* Experience in change management and processimprovement.
* Capability to work independently and as part of ateam.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or learningtechnologies.
* Experience in a medium-to-large multi-siteorganization.
* Understanding of Warrigal's values and commitment toapplying them in practice.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, andguidelines.
* Adaptability in approach to duties within the role'sscope.
