* Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments
* Social skills, enjoy chatting with people, and delivering an excellent customer experience
* Strong administrative abilities, including payroll, rostering, and inventory management
* Able to hit store goals and drive sales growth
* RSA certification (or willing to obtain one)
